During the session, tell Yvonne what has been bothering you, and what are the challenges and concerns, then we will address and discuss the matters from various perspectives, and work together to find a balance point where you would feel comfortable to move on in life. Yvonne adopts an integration of various psychotherapy approaches such as Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Art Therapy, etc.

Whether it is face-to-face, online, or talking on the phone, the sessions are just devoted to you. In the first session, we will meet in person or online; thereafter, you can choose your preferred channels. Yvonne abides by the Australian Counselling Association Code of Ethics, all conversations are strictly confidential.
